It is a spectacular Sunday in Ojai, very sunny and blue skies. Today our second crop of second-visitors arrive to spend the night and attend classes tomorrow. I still remember my second visit. I stayed with two sophomore girls in the Hill dorm. I think the second visit is what convinces many people to finally take the leap and commit to Thacher. It is hard to resist when you see the beautiful setting, the friendly faces and the general pattern of life at Thacher. For the current students, second visits are also exciting because we have time to show new people around our school and help them make the important decision of coming to Thacher.
