I cannot believe it’s been a month since that September 1st morning. I almost couldn’t speak I was so nervous, and now I couldn’t picture myself anywhere else! Once I got settled in, it was like I had gone to Thacher my whole life. My favorite part has to be dorm life. This year, the freshmen girls live in Middle School, the dorm right by the dining hall. It is so much fun! Before Thacher, I was really nervous about living with thirty other girls. I wasn’t sure if could handle it. Now, I feel silly that I was nervous. I already feel so close with all of the girls. There is always something fun to do, and always someone to talk if you need some cheering up. After only 4 weeks, we’re basically a very large, very loud, very loving family. I am never bored in Middle School!
