I truly cannot believe that this very day is my last day of classes as a sophomore. Next week is exams, then camping, and then we’re off on our ways home… How did this happen!?! I still vividly remember my first day of freshman year (at a different school), and now I am half-way through high school? But, there is still much fun to be had before the year is officially over. Tonight is the Spring Sing, the student-written and directed musical, and tomorrow night is the biggest dance of the year. I cannot say I am looking forward to exams, but the sense of accomplishment you feel after walking out of that last final is wonderful…And one of my friends and I have begun a tradition of going out for a really nice lunch after we finish. Camping is also something I am excited for… I am going backpacking in the Sespe wilderness and we will be swimming in some natural hot springs…Have a wonderful summer!
