Spring Break the Thacher Chamber singers traveled to Puerto Rico and participated in several festivals. Here is a sample of some of their performances.

Chamber Singers Singing in Starbucks
On their way back to campus after earning the “Award of Excellence” from the Cal Poly Central Coast Choral Festival, the Chamber Singers stopped off for coffee at Starbucks and delighted the staff and patrons with a song.

The Chamber Singers received a Surperior rating for their performance at Heritage festival at Disneyland. This was their opener – a Maori welcome song.
Pentatonix at Thacher
Thacher students enjoyed a workshop and performance with Pentatonix – winners of NBC’s Sing Off. After a q&a and demonstration, the group taught students their arrangement of “Somebody That I Used To Know.” The workshop was followed by a dynamic performance by the top a cappella vocal group in the country – Pentatonix!
