My wife Erica and I have a baby! Rose Cahill was born in April 18th, and she now looks like a baby who ate the baby that was born in April. I’m done with residency and working as a pediatric hospitalist in DC, which gives me just enough time to take the quantity of baby pictures needed to keep Rose’s Californian grandparents satisfied.
