I shot this slideshow a couple years ago during a weekend backpacking trip in the Los Padres National Forest. I came across this while organizing some media files and thought I would include it here as way of showing the beauty of our backcountry and the remarkable adventures that we share with our students. I miss these guys!

Thanks for sharing this, Brian. Watching it reminded me of the incredible camping trips I went on at Thacher. I miss such breathtaking scenery, but even more so I miss the the joyful moments with friends and teachers and the wholesome ruggedness of living life so simply together for a week. You capture that perfectly in this slideshow!
