I split my time between Maine and South Carolina and have wintered in Charleston, SC, since 2006 where I have a wonderful, pre-revolutionary house built 25 years prior to the formation of the United States! I decided to depart two months early this year due to Covid when beaches, parks, restaurants and stores were closed. […]

Michael Torre ’68 visited Trav and his 102 year old mother Joanna Bard Newton in February before handshakes were taboo. Michael and Trav acted in Shakespeare’s The Tempest in the outdoor theatre in 1964 when Michael weighed 75 lbs. They rode to the Sespe freshman year with Dave Twichell ’36, and with Bob Miller junior […]

Edgardo Catalan had an exhibit in Chile this past Summer. Victoria and I had hoped to attend, but were unable due to family obligations. I think he was pleased with the reception and reviews, all very positive. Even though he suffers from Parkinson’s, his hand seems very steady in these paintings. Trav Newton CdeP 1968

Fabulous being at Casa Piedra for our 50th reunion in June and seeing my “old” class mates! Still busy at the Pasadena Museum of History. Welcome any visits by Toads who happen to be in the area. Brad Macneil CdeP 1968

After our 50th reunion, our classmate George Brown joined the Thacher wilderness helicopter evacuation club, like Mully and Kevin Berigan. He has news articles about it (he was lying on the ground three days and two nights before being found, near death), so he can best tell the story. Ken Jacobs CdeP 1968
