California’s Outstanding Airmen of the Year Banquet was held at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Technical Sergeant Alexander Louie received the California State Guard Award for Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year. He is currently assigned to the 129th Rescue Wing’s Emergency Management Flight as a CBRN Defense Trainer & Hazardous Materials Technician.
