Fidela and I were in Santa Fe, NM (we bought a condo there a few years ago, and find ourselves spending more and more time there) having lunch in a favorite restaurant when this man walked by. I said to Fidela “That is Bruce Donnell.” She said “Are you sure?” He came back by the table and I introduced myself. I don’t think we had seen each other in forty years. We ended up having dinner at his beautiful home up near the Opera. He asked how I recognized him. I said he looked the same. He said he thought I looked taller. Taller, not older. I liked that.
