The highlight of our summer was the wedding of our daughter, Claire (CdeP 2002), to Daniel Sternberg (by the way, he is a great guy). We had a wonderful weekend of events, culminating with the ceremony and celebration on our Sonoma Ranch. Many Thacher graduates, parents, faculty and former faculty joined in the celebration. Claire continues to thrive at Pixar. She recently finished working on “INSIDE OUT” and the soon to be released “THE GOOD DINOSAUR”. Daniel is a lead scientist at Lumosity (lumosity.com). Our daughter-in-law, Stacie Wang, is Head of Corporate Finance at Stripe (stripe.com). Our son, Nathaniel (CdeP 2000), is VP Finance at Munchery (munchery.com). Sandy and I are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such a wonderful family.

Sandy is in her last year as a member of the Belvedere City Council. She has been a superb council member. I continue with ranch/vineyard and board work, as Vice Chair of E. D. Bullard Company and on the boards of 4 other corporations including Patz & Hall Winery. I was also recently elected Board Chair of Save the Redwoods League.
