Retired from 20 years teaching middle school math last summer, a year ago. Joan retired from Northern Trust Bank at the end of the year. Just celebrated forty-two years of marriage. Two and a half year old granddaughter in Berkeley and year and a half grandson in Santa Monica keep us busy. Travel (just returned from a week in Colorado), tennis, and sailing are on the regular agenda. Also house projects and being tourists in the bay area – it is great to be able to go to the symphony on a Wednesday night and not fall asleep.
