Living in Dallas, TX, since 2006 and enjoying the grassy plains. Recently re-discovered the joy of running and will run my first Marathon on April 4th, 2015. My goal is to finish feeling good and likely will have a Boston Qualifying time. I am training with the Dallas Running Club’s Marathon fast group since January and it was a bit scary at first to run with young guys (age 28-33) who are experienced. Making friends with the younger generation of runners has been enriching and adds to my ability to prepare my 17 year old daughter for the next steps in her life.
