After spending 7 years in Austin and working in film production, I didn’t think anything could tear me away from that town. However, in a whirlwind few weeks this fall, everything shifted. My partner Oliver Caruso proposed and asked me (along with our beloved border collie mutt Zelda) to move to Cambridge, England with him. It was an easy choice to make!

We eloped on September 26, 2014, in a wonderfully simple courthouse ceremony, our beaming parents acting as our witnesses. Then we left for the UK where Oliver is stationed as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force flying the F-15E jet. I’m already driving on the opposite side of the road and taking those roundabouts in stride. We would love to see other Toads living nearby.
