I remember – more than 15 years ago, can you believe it! – starting a yoga class at Thacher! I had no idea that yoga teaching would become the substance of my life’s work! I’m a full time teacher in Washington, DC, and I lead retreats around the world to beautiful places like Southern Italy, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Iceland, Nicaragua, and more! Toads welcome to come! Indeed, classmate and dear friend Megan Winecoff ’00 joined me in Thailand just this passed April on retreat. We had a wonderful time drinking in two beautiful sunsets, and joyfully reminiscing. I’m also completing an MS in Yoga Therapy, and will be opening my own yoga therapy practice next year! Joyfulness abounds!
