Clinton Lowe ’99

1999ClintonLoweHello Thacher Community! I’m excited to announce the birth of my son, Clinton Lowe V, or Cal as we like to call him. Fatherhood’s been great and I’m still acting as well, so those two things take up the majority of my time.

The last some of you may have heard, I worked on the NBC show Prime Suspect, which has since been canceled, but my career has marched forward with appearances on Law & Order: SVU (NBC), Blue Bloods (CBS), & Louie (FX), to name a few.

I’ve continued to hone my theater muscle as well, participating in a William Shakespeare/David Mamet class (there’s more similarities between them than you might think), performing in new plays like Homage 3: Ilmmatic (which pays tribute to rapper/artist Nas & his classic 1994 debut album), and taking part in the Broadway workshop of Holler if Ya’ Hear Me – a musical based on the work of Tupac Shakur.

I’m also excited to announce that I booked a series lead on a new show coming to Fuse Network called, “The Hustle” (their first scripted program) and we’ve already finished shooting the first full season. It’s about four friends from Brooklyn on the come-up in the music industry. Check the web or local listings for more info, friend me on Facebook, follow on twitter (clinton_lowe), instagram (@lovebelowe), or check out my website for further updates: www.clintonlowe.com. Check out my Short Reel.

I’m also very proud of my sister, Victoria Lowe CdeP ’08, who graduated last year from Bates College with a dual degree in American Studies and Dance–Go Vikky.

HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!
